Who are we?
Winners use professional consultants to provide permanent/ part
time and temporary recruitment services to the needs of both the
employers and applicants by finding the right person for “the
Clients” position.
Winners also provide skill testing of
candidates and Behavioural Profiles to the clients at their
request.
Your

By using Winners or acquiring Winners services, we will assume that
you consent to the collection of your private information in
accordance with the privacy policies. If these policies
change we will post this on our Web site so that you are aware of
what information we collect and how we use it:

- Resume and application forms,
qualifications, work history

Your personal information is collected directly from you when you
fill out or submit forms to our company or when subsequent
information is gathered in connection to your application, that

received an application or registration for a particular or general
position
- We
receive results from enquiries that we may make of former employers
/ professional associations and via publicly available information
(i.e. the internet)

receive a reference or other information about
you
- We
receive results of any Skill testing or Behavioural profiling
process.

received performance feedback (Weather positive or
negative)
We
will not collect or disclose any information in regards to your
racial or ethical origin, political opinions, philosophical belief,
Trade union memberships, disability or sexual activity or such
information unless:
- Consent has been given to Winners to do
so
- We
are by law required to disclose this information
What is your information used
for?
As our business is a recruitment based business, the personal
information that we collect from you may be used in connection
to:
- Providing a recruitment service to you/
the client
- Management of any complaint or inquiry in
which you are involved or been implicated to being involved
in.
- Any
test or assessment (Specifically Behavioural profiling or skill
testing)
Your
personal Information may be disclosed to

- Clients who may wish to engage your
services as a contractor/ temporary or full time
employee

- Verify weather you have a criminal
record

person with lawful entitlement to obtain the

You
are within your right to not provide us with all of the information
that we request, however we then may be limited in our ability to
recommend you to our client/Candidates for placements.
Holding
information
We take reasonable steps to ensure that all the personal
information collected, used or disclosed about you is up-to-date
and complete. If you believe there is an error or the
information is missing please notify the privacy delegate and we
will try to correct or add the information as soon as
possible. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any
personal information that we no longer require for any lawful
purpose is destroyed in secure manner or de-identified.
However some personal information may be held for a specific period
due to our business requirements. Our Clients/ Candidates are
under strict obligations to dispose of your personal information if
you are not appointed as the successful candidate/ employee.
